Terms of Use

You may use the Services only in accordance with and subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy Subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the Services for your personal, noncommercial use only and as permitted by the features of the Services.

AIDU reserves all rights not expressly granted herein in the Services and the AIDU Content. AIDU may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason. Once you complete and submit your registration, you have opted in to receive email communication from us.

You may not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Notwithstanding any other rights or restrictions in these Terms, you may not use the Services to transmit harmful code, obtain unauthorized access, impersonate others, or conduct fraudulent activities.

We may make available software to access the Services via an App. Aidu hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use a compiled code copy of the App for one Aidu account on one mobile device owned or leased solely by you, for your personal use.

• Modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the App.
• Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, or distribute the App.
• Make any copies of the App.
• Remove or interfere with security-related features.
• Delete copyright and other proprietary rights notices.

The Services are available to Members who are 18 years and older, who have properly registered and who have not been suspended or removed by Aidu for any reason. By registering as a Member you represent that you are of legal age.

Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific portions of the Services or products or services we offer or your membership. You agree to abide by such other terms and conditions.

Any and all content contributed by the Member in connection to our Services is the responsibility of the Member, not Aidu, and is deemed nonconfidential and nonproprietary.

By submitting Member Content, you grant to Aidu a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable and transferable license to use, copy, modify, and distribute your content in any commercial or noncommercial manner.

Information we provide in connection with the Services is believed to be complete and reliable; however, the information may contain typographical errors, pricing errors, and other inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct errors and limit quantities.

Excluding Member Content, the Services and all related components are the property of Aidu and are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. You agree not to reproduce or distribute such content without explicit permission.

Aidu does not sell products through its Services for or to children. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards.

If you are a California resident, you may report complaints to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.

We care about the privacy of our Users. By using the Services you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information as set forth in our Privacy Policy.

Aidu cares about the integrity and security of your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures.

The Services may contain links to third-party materials or websites that are not owned or controlled by Aidu. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any such third-party sites.

You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Aidu and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS AVAILABLE" AND "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIDU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES.

We make no representation that information available in connection with the Services is appropriate or available for use outside the United States.

The items purchased through the Services are shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

AIDU is not affiliated with websites or third parties that sell or advertise our products without express permission.

We may alter, suspend, or discontinue these Services in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice or cost.

If you believe that any materials on our websites infringe your copyright, you may request that they be removed by contacting support@aidu.ai.

ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION CONDUCTED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA).

These Terms and any Claims shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Aidu reserves the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to our Users. These Terms are subject to revision by Aidu in its sole discretion.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aidu with respect to the Services.
